  1. I am still learning but ….. I cook a pound of pasta knowing it will be left-over ….. drain it and quickly freeze it and put it in portioned plastic bags and into freezer ….. I microwave it for a minute or two from frozen and maybe dribble a little water ….. JUST LIKE NEW …. Try it !
